With a Bachelor of Laws and advanced studies in European Union law, International Investment Law, and business management for in-house lawyers from prestigious schools such as King’s College London and the University of Salzburg, I brings more than 10 years of experience across several legal jurisdictions.

In my most recent role at Afiniti, an AI-tech startup, I oversaw a global IP portfolio, ensured data compliance with data privacy laws, and drafted commercial agreements for cross-border clients. 

Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, I bring not only linguistic skill but cultural sensitivity to the legal issues that arise across jurisdictions - an asset in today’s interconnected legal landscape.

My dedication to precision, integrity, and meaningful legal innovation has been recognized through distinctions such as the FBE International LegalTech Competition and the FBE International Contract Competition. My written work has been published in various international publications, reflecting my commitment to advancing clarity in legal discourse.

Today, alongside my legal background, I provide independent project-based legal support to law firms and legal professionals.

I am registered with the Portuguese Bar Association and actively contribute to the legal community through my involvement with the New Technologies and IP Law commissions of the Fédération des Barreaux d'Europe (“FBE”).
